I order a ikall k8 but Amazon delivered me a ikall k5 and I replaced ikall K-5 but second time amazon delivered me a ikall k200 box inside ikall k5 smartphone and no charging cable and last time I return my product and I want my refund of this product ,Now I returned this smartphone and I want my refund in my Amazon pay balance but Amazon not give me my refund in 2-3hrs I call in customer service center but they said “your product is not come our warehouse”when your product is come here then we will send you your refund but Amazon mentioned in their return option (return your product and we will send your money in Amazon pay balance within 2-3hrs ) but today 5days gone but my refund is not delivered by Amazon.. ?PLEASE HELP ME!!!
