I booked my flight through travolook website on Nov 25th 2021. I was told that fare has been increase by 4k and have asked them to cancel it. They said once cancelled it they will refund the amount in 10-15 working days. It’s been 50 days since I booked the ticket. I was told that within 7days, 5 days or 3days my refund will be credited but seems they are escaping by giving these answers. I need my refund amount of RS 12,844/- to be credited back to my account. Kindly do the needful.
