Dear Sir,

I was order placed on 7th Oct-18 in Paytm mall for Nike women grey which was order no 6217076182. My product was received on 16^th Oct-18 but quality was not good so that I was apply for return my order in paytm mall after apply pickup man was picked on 27^th Oct-18 & shipment delivered on 31^st oct-18 but now my refund amount is not credit in my account till now & I was try many more time to contact paytm customer care but my call was disconnect always then how can contact to customer care for my complain. I request you please help me for my refund amount credit in my account. My details are given below.
