Hello. I ordered ftom amazon fresh and received my order today 25th may 2021. One of the items was missing in the shipment.so i complained to the amazon customer chat agent by the name mearaj. He assured me a total returnless refund of 1766 rupees out of which 1731 will be transferred into my bank within 3 to 5 business days and 35 rupees into my amazon pay balance within 2 to 20 minutes today itself. I didnt receive any confirmation on this.just rated the chat that i received in my registered email.
So i just wanted to reconfirm with another agent,he then said no,this is not going to happen. I then said no i need my stated refund of 1766 as per the confirmation i received. The new agent then said even if i escalate this further,the lead management wont resolve my issue.his name was ashish,and the other agent who transferred my chat to aashish is named shiraz. They were not helpful and a bit rude. So i decided to escalate this further.
I will attach the screenshots of the confirmation i received regarding full refund.
