I have refused an order on 31st March and the parcel returned on 9th April as I have seen in app from my account…
And then they didn’t paid my refund…even the didn’t initiate any refund 10th April i contacted care@smytten.com they answered me today that they initiated refund on 10 th april 1:35 pm…
Why one day later they will initiate my money??
Will they allow me to give money 11 days later after getting parcel ??
So why do I??
