Text of Complaint by Nkiruka Imo:

My recharge of #1,999 naira has not been reflected on my account balance. I bought the airtime through my bank and it was deducted from my bank account and I also got a text from Airtel saying the transaction was successful but I have 0.01 naira as my account balance.
