Text of Complaint by Rinku Kurmi:

I recharge my account 1386907735 on July 4, with an amount of Rs.2500/-. The recharge was done through TataSky Phone app, using BHIM UPI.

CitiBank Transaction ID – 118515994602

Inspite of multiple followups with TataSky, I have not got my account updated with Rs.2500/-
