I had a ola money postpaid. I alreday cleared my some emi . But that amount is not updated in app. So after dispute and for no updation in amount. I am not paying those amount since November. Due to this they are affecting my cibile score since January. Now I yesterday I got a mail from ola money postpaid plus team. I had cleared my all outstanding balance. And my current outstanding balance is zero. But again in app is is still showing with without any updation. I totally fed up from last 6 month. They called me many time and ask why are you not paying the amount. I got 10 to 12 phone call in same day. And with a same question. So please make a action on this .
