Mobile number has been deactivated without any prior info. We have been using it till today morning. From evening it throws “number does not exist” error. Worst thing is even  Thanks app doesn’t give any solutions. It says no related error. When tried to call it asks to contact in Thanks app.

Please provide all service solutions in that app if not give an option to chat to customer service. The current thing is worst!!
