my ORDER # 408-5247800-2815524 ORDER PLACED 5 February 2022 TOTAL 192.00
for this product delivery I got call by after 7.30 pm so i informed the to delivery boy, I am not available in this time in my office pls.. delivery by tomorrow day time and he told me ok but he called me next day after 9:00pm when I was in hospital , but also I tried to call him by 10,pm but not get connected.
next day I race my complaint via Amazon customer care and got call from delivery department and as per our mutual understand he promised me to delivery the product by next day morning ( I have audio call record which I can submit to any concern department )
after that without any call or my permission he returned my product which already he promised me to delivery next day ( I have audio call record which I can submit to any concern department )
about this matter I complained continuously 3 days trough amazon customer care but I dint get any convenience reply
