Sir/mam Iam Kodeeshwaran bought a Boat “Airdopes 441 pro” on 29/07/2022 invoice for purchase is attached to this mail, which has the touch malfunction problem in the left side hearing buds
To claim the warranty for the damage I registered a complaint on Boat website on 18/08/2022 on the same date a delivery person called using the number 9940354606 from blue dart courier company ,He verified and received the return product from me and my Ticket ID is 23477495 from Boat and my Tracking ID is 89616496406
After that on 20/08/2022 I received a mail from Boat that received a empty box and they rejected my claim warranty
