On the 4th of August I received a call from the delivery agent saying that he was waiting outside my place to deliver my product. Since I wasn’t at home to receive the order I asked him to leave it at the entrance but when I got back home the order was not delivered and even after I checked the cameras it showed that the delivery agent didn’t come to deliver the order at all. I have contacted customer service multiple times and they have refused to refund the amount.
