I have purchased a laptop from flipkart. I have a issue in the product after technician visit return is complete and after that 20-oct-2020 product is pickup by ekart courier delivery boy but he is not complete my pickup from ekart center. i have raised a complain in flipkart but before 1 month flipkart did not take any action. 27-oct-2020 flipkart blocked my account without refund on my product.

my product amount is 70000rs. I want to refund my money.
