I had placed 2 orders from Meesho App. The order id is 639852677552_1 & 168247919847_1 consists of Rs.413 each. The order section showing product is delivered but didn’t receive it. I registered the complaint via call through Help Center after seeing the updates on Meesho App immediately with 10 mnts. I have been chasing Meesho Team since 26th March and it’s been a month but there is no solution to my issue. I have been sending mail to the customer care team and have full proof of it.
Now, what should I do ???
This complaint is not about money it is about responsibility.
They are not providing the proper delivery process, Like used by Flipkart or Amazon
