I am providing the screenshot of “CALL HISTORY” of the delivery date “27 March 2021”. You can clearly see that no call was made by “WISHMASTER” or “EKART”.
I place an order [ order I’d: OD221353666688985000 ] on 25 March 2021 .
On 27 March 2021 “I got delivery confirmation but no product was delivered to me”. Even I didn’t share any OTP to anyone because I didn’t received any OTP on my mobile phone.
No one has received my product on my behalf even my family members and my society members.
Then I made a complain to the flipkart that I didn’t received my product till now and I didn’t receive any OTP.
Your “SENIOR ESCALATION TEAM EXECUTIVE” gives me assurance that “YOU WILL GET YOUR PROPER RESOLUTION BY “3 APRIL 2021”.
But No resolution was provided on the given “RESOLUTION DATE”.
Everytime your “EXECUTIVE” provides me the “NEW RESOLUTION DATE “.
Even “NO RESOLUTION IS PROVIDED TILL DATE”.
I am attaching the screenshot of “PROMISED RESOLUTION DATE” provided by “FLIPKART”.
THIS TYPE OF SERVICE IS NOW EXPECTED FROM RENOWNED FLIPKART.
Resolve my issue and provide my “REFUND”.
