I have ordered an item from flipkart on 3rd of August and I received a message on 5th august that my product is delivered although it did not reach me. Also I checked on flipkart app and it was showing the product was delivered on 3rd midnight (11:59 pm). The estimated delivery date was showing as 13th Aug and it delivered on same day which is strange and also nobody delivers at midnight 11:59 pm (check screenshot). Also I have already paid more than 21k and it was otp based delivery and I have never received or shared otp of delivery with anyone.
I have been trying to get my product delivered and talked to flipkart customer care and they did not help me, every time said we have highlighted the issue. But I never get any proper response and neither they are able to track my order.
Now I am feeling helpless and my trust towards flipkart is lost chasing customer support since last few weeks.
I need my product to be actually delivered at earliest.
