I ordered from meesho on 28th of July , 2022. The parcel reached in my state on 31st July and was to be delivered by 1st Aug. There was no status update on meesho as well as Ecom express about the product reaching the delivery center. I waited and call meesho and Ecom but they said me to wait till 5 th Aug. Even by 5th Aug my product was not delivered at all , even after calling both meesho and Ecom express my issue was not resolved rather they kept telling me to wait . On 7th Aug the status was updated that product will be delivered by 9th Aug but again today is 10th Aug and product not delivered. Customer care service are of no use at all , they only tell u the things that we already know.
