Hello Team,
I’ve been attempting to Flipkart contact customer care since the 7th of October to reschedule the delivery. However, they informed me that there is an issue from their end and they cannot reschedule it. They advised me to inform the wishmaster, which I did. Since the 15th of October, I have been making continuous calls to Flipkart, but the delivery still hasn’t been completed.
I recently spoke to a customer care agent who mentioned that there are no updates available, and she asked me to wait until the 21st of October. However, the promised resolution date was initially set for the 21st of October, and it was then postponed to the 24th, 28th, and today again to the 29th of October. Regrettably, there have been no updates provided so far, not even in my order section.
