Image Uploaded by Himanshu Ranjan:My product (Boat Stone 1500 40W) has been received by the delievery service (in my locality)since 4 days and he is telling me to get the product by reaching the hub.
I told him that due to the pandemic i’m not allowed to go outside.
I contacted customer support but all they did say that they have no power to take any action against the delievery person about your inconvenienceYet I received a call from flipkart that the delievery boy mentioned that i rejected the delievery and i don’t want the product.
Then I tried to contact the delievery person but he didn’t respond the whole day.
I accuse flipkart for ruining my time over this and i accuse them for being so irresponsible for my inconvenience. It cost me too much time complaining 6 times for an issue that must not happen with any person.
