Text of Complaint by Vishal Savadekar:

Dear Sir or Madam,

I have Airtel prepaid cards of Mobile no 9960892134 and I had filled up incomplete forms on airtel apps to convert my prepaid to postpaid as while form fill up I know that this form is for same no , and I want to change my other services no in to airtel on airtel apps.Still my prepaid card converted in to postpaid and after informing to revert my service on customer care they told sorry sir we can’t help you for same for 1 months .This is very rubbish thing from Airtel operators.
Please look into this matter and revert my old services for my 9960892134 number.
