On 27june2023 my prepaid Airtel sim got deactivated due to no recharge, a warning message was send to me but it get oversighted. And I noticed it after 2 days and went to airtel store on 2 july2023 to get my sim activated. The airtel executive gave me a replacement sim for 50rs and said to come back after a week. And I revisited a week later and he said you got your number but it would be postpaid , you have to pay for 4 months after that it would be converted to prepaid. And now they don’t giving my prepaid number but they refusing it. I want my number back and it should be prepaid. Airtel can’t force me to use postpaid service it’s against my consumer rights.
