Sir, Madam,
I Am using my sim 9878747595(Postpaid) connection from April onward, but it is disconnected three times by Neetu Randev without any reason, first time it is disconnected in the month of June then i visit Air tel store at sector-46-c , Chandigarh, But Mr Ajay Sohal told to me that this sim belong to neetu randev, then i told to him that kindly you show to me her ID proof then he remain silent & told to me that you please come with id proof then i give my Aadhar card as Identity proof & he click my photo, then again the phone is disconnected in the month of July i again visit the Air tel store of sector -46-c, Chandigarh,then i show the mail of Your two Adviser customer services that this sim belongs to Trin kumar sharma then again i had to submit Aadhar card& my photo to air tel store, i told to Ajay sohal that why you are harassing me again & again i again show the mail of your Advisor customer services, & i told to him that how you Disconnected my cell phone when this sim is in my name, lastly my sim is disconnected on 24 th oct, when i visit the Airtel store then Mr Ajay Sohal & Mr Arpit Misbehave with me on 24oct & on 27Th oct.
so you are requested to disconnected the connection of cell no 9878747595 in the name of neetu Randev & resume the same connection in my name,
