I bought a poco x3 pro last year in june 2022. After the MIUI update in the phone the phone was dead and was replaced by the company before. But again the same issue arise with the replaced phone as after the update it is also dead and when i went to service center they were telling me to replace my ohone with a low end device. I had paid 18999 for the 1st one and now they are giving me a device having low end processor and low end performance. I want my money back or change it with the same POCO X3 PRO phone.
