My phone was having audio playback issue where both the speakers malfunctioned and produced no sound most of the time. It created crackling noises randomly to a point where the phone gets shut down forcefully. It has been only 1 year and 9 months since the purchase when I faced the issue. The Mi technicians told me that all they could do is a motherboard replacement which will cost me about half the price of the phone. They never really tried to take a loot at the phone. Without getting much assistance from the Mi technicians, I had to give it to a local repair shop as per their suggestion. They returned my phone in dead condition. The phone is no more powering ON. It’s my hard earned money. Please help!
