I have recharged my wifi account on 20th may for plan of 589.
and it is expiring on 7th june. when i contacted customer service they told that i have not changed my plan.
I humbly request you to please extend my plan or refund my money as it is not appropriate to scam like this to your customer.
So, this is my humble request please respond or resolve.
