Text of Complaint by JOHN ALDRIN KORAYA:

Recently my phone got internal hardware issue. Its poco x3 pro the problem with Bhima update of Indian poco versions are facing this problems, POCO were providing 1 year of life span for smartphones. So I had visited poco’s authorised service center on (06-02-2023), they told that yours phone doesn’t cover with warranty. The problem with Main Assy ( Mother board) Updation problem by Poco India. Service center ask me 12,000 rupees for reparing my mobile. Iam totally disappointed there is proper response from the poco’s authorised center. So I visted MYG showroom in kerala they serviced it for 3600 on (04-02-2023). After a month again iam facing the same problem, So I searched about phone’s hard brick problem, in India many of them faced the same problem with poco devices. They were not working in solution for poco device hardware issue, instead they working on their new phones. We can’t afford a new mobile for yearly once. So kindly help me with this.
