On 06.11.2019 in my hometown, usually I get up 6:30 am in the morning and I taken bath to get ready to office. After that I taken breakfast and get ready to go office like every day. And after that when I picked my phone where it was putting on table like every day. And then i put my phone to get into my jacket pocket, suddenly my phone slipped out and fell down to floor. After that I picked my phone and I found it was broken on upper & middle side of screen.
And fucking Airtel Said improper mishandling
