i have a bank account in sbi and its linked to my phone number sucessfully but on 07/08/2025 im trying to transfer money to my own account from jio payment bank to state bank of india through self transfer service from phonepe app amount 20009rs i dont know how but when i did verify my phone number and add sbi i didnot look if its my account of someone else because its my phone number how other person bank account show and i transfered the amount after sometime when the amount didnot recived in my bank account then i check and complaint raise in npci site but no solution i even visited the sbi bank they also helpless plzz help me
