My name is Madeshwar Mudaliar. I had completed my loan . My phone is locked now and asking for pin to unlock it. I am sending the screenshot of my completed loan.

When i was purchasing the phone , a person from sumsung was in the shop for promotion and he said that I have to pay only 5 EMI . When i completed the 5 EMI then the app of samsung finance showed me that my loan is completed. I had taken the screen shot of it. Now around 3 to 4 times my phone was locked and i contacted the customer care and the phone was unlocked . But the phone was now again locked. Why is it happening again and again. after completing the loan my phone was locked many times .
My phone is displaying the following message given below
Your phone has been locked as you didn’t repay your installments by due date. To unlock your phone call Samsung by tapping the Call button.
Samsung finance is cheating and locking the phone after completing the loan. Even they had deducted one extra EMI.
