I buy sumsung phone on dmi finance emi . And i keep enough amount of emi in my account but the emi is not deducted from my account even after auto debet was enable . Then I go to shope owner ( ms mobile point , gudha ,Jhunjhunu ,dinesh his phone no. Is 7733901220) and infront of him I pay my emi through dmi app that has been paid sussesfully. But app show rs470 as penalty due to not deducted emi automatically so. The shope owner take case from me and said to me ” I will deposit to dmi people ,you don’t worry ” but still in my app the amount 470 was showed after that I pay mu another emi successfully but still that remaing amount which was showed previously 470 is showing ….and now my phone is locked and I unable to open dmi finance app and now the shope owner not taking my call and said ” mujhe nhi pata kuch bhi , ye dmi finance people jane or app jano ”
Now sir pls suggest where I go ???
Is this is my fault to buy a sumsung phone through your dmi finance .
( Even the Shop owner instead me to buy this phone through dmi finance )
And I’m a doctor by profession can u understand how much trouble I face .
Plz sir help me ?
