my mobile real me x7 max has been locked by flipkart saying that, payment is due for smart upgrade plan. but, I have purchased the mobile from amazon. dont have any relationship with flipkart. suspecting that, seller of the mobile Pransu mobile might have purchased this device from flipkart and not paid the required amount to the flipkart. hence, flipkart might have locked my mobile. I need help to file case on Pransu mobile for selling this to me without informing about smart upgrade plan. need details of this Pransu mobile seller.
