My name is Tarana, I paid the “Paytm postpaid” bill of INR 3000 on 14 March 2021 and INR 502 on 15 March 2021. But this payment wasn’t updated yet in my postpaid paytm account, due to this I receive multiple messages for the same like pay your bill every day. But I paid for it already. From the last 4 months they sent SMS and harassed me mentally. I had a conversation with agent as well he confirm me that the payment is done for last 3month. But they didn’t update yet.kindly help bcoz multiple time I send the mail even socail media Facebook or twiter but no one can help I AM so so much fadup.। No one even a single call to me.। Every day feeling mentaly stress a lot I request u plz help
