I have made my payment for SBI card two times rs 5000 each.
But unfortunately wrong card entered by me & this payment was unsuccessful.
Then after that only one payment is refunded rs 5000 in my account.
Another payment they have rs 5000 kept at their end.
Even after so many follow up since last 3 months now they are not responding to my mails.
I hv shared the proper evediences including my account statement .
But still not responding to me.
Please do needful and support to arrange the return of my money.
