I used Airtel network for 10 years. Recently moved to Jio network using MNP. This migration took 3 days, for that airtel charged Rs 124.79. I paid it on 9th March 2020.
Jio barred my services today and hence I lost my business. I checked with Jio, they are not received any update from MNP/Airtel. I contacted Airtel, they told that they have updated my payment info.
When I asked reference or proof about the update they are not ready to provide such info to me. So I’m mentally depressed and I would like to sort this issue as soon as possible. Also enclosing the payment paid proof
