Assalamualaikum my account everything is fine but I can’t withdraw please help me please my betting use Id:955637183

I placed bet amount of 10,000/- in cricket between Melborne Stars (W) vs Melbourne Regegades (W) dt 25/11/2023 with bet no 1997. Condition is Melbourne Regegades ( W) lost first wicket before 12 runs. After that Melbourne Regegades ( W) lost her first wicket in 7 runs . The result is i won of R.s 18,700/-. But they credited only 10,000/-. I every time request for my rest of money of R.s 8,700/- but they cant give me. Second is I deposit of R.s 1000/- dt. 10/10/2023. They not shown in parimatch wallet and not recredit in bank account. Thats fraud and cheating.
