This is to inform that my pan card has been misused in your app and a loan amount of 25000 has been taken on my name on 23/3/2022. Due to which my cibil score has been affected badly. I haven’t ever used your app and yesterday when I installed for the first time to check then I found while submitting pan details it throws a message that ” Pan card is linked with another user” How can you people link my pan card with some other number without verifying. I’ve been trying to reach out to your customer care since yesterday but no one response to the call and shows busy line all the time. This has affected my cibil score and I’ve also raised a complaint against this on income tax department Pan grievance. I am requesting you to please take an immediate action to rectify the same and do the precautionary steps against this.

i am also facing same issue i never installed mobikwik app but my CIBIL says i have taken a loan of 25000 which is effecting my CIBIL report in a bad way
