I bought a jacket from theethnichouse.com on 19th October,2021 and paid ₹249 for it through google pay.I still haven’t got my order and they don’t allow incoming calls on their customer care number.They didn’t reply to my mail.It shows the order is still in processing in the tracking details but they are not fulfilling my order.

Same happened to me for my order of Rs. 499 on Nov 18, 2021. It seems to be a fake scamming website taking money in small denominations, listing items at very discounted price to lure un-suspecting customers to pay for the order and never deliver, since the amount is not big, many do not report complaint at all and ignore it. I have complaint for this website on cyber cell of maharashtra along with abuse helpline for godaddy. Also Payu.in to report the merchant as fraudulent and mark the website accounts as fraud and shut them down asap. Suggest you to do the same and any other customers who have faced it.
I lost 149 for a shirt. This happened in July 2022. This seems they are earning a lot by fooling others. This is surprising that their fraud is going on but believe me soon they will be behind bars. I have lodged a complaint in cybercrime. None can save them. after few days they will be in a cell of local police station custody.

I just placed an order and paid rs 547,so will consider it as a fraud after seeing all above messages..
Should have searched first and then placed an order..Good sense prevailed atleast for not ordering roo many things which looked cool at such low price levels..Don’t know why google has to keep showing these ads.
