Hello,
I have ordered OnePlus 11 phone during the sale which cost me around 32500 after applying additional exchange bonus on phone.
But due to some reason I haven’t received my package and now Amazon is asking me to cancel the order and take refund for the same and if I reorder again the same product I have to pay additional 11000rs as I’m not getting additional exchange bonus.
This is totally not done and why should I pay extra when I have ordered the product during sale and I want my same order.
The delivery issue is from Amazon end. Amazon should be responsible for such a poor service.
