My pack was having 5 days validity, when i recharged my 5 days validity was not added to pack.

My old prepaid recharge was Rs 455, it has 5 days of validity left. Today[22-07-2023] I recharged my Airtel prepaid sim for Rs 719.
The 5 days validity was not added, also there is no pop-up that your 5 days validity will not be added. 
Prior information to the customer should be given. This is also a kind of fraud. 
When contacted customer care she did not support me.I asked to lodge the complaint this is a very serious issue. This is the Complaint number I received- QABNR1DEL20230722840657.Also, complaint recording I am sharing with you. Please cross-check the complaint number with the recording. 
Please make sure to support me and the reply is required. 
You need to extend my validity by 5 days.
