My outgoing is limited and incoming calls disconnected in 10 seconds. When I asked Airtel customer care, they told that complaint received from NDNC for promotional calls. I never did nay promotional calls. If someone spoof my number as their caller id, it is not my mistake.. I explained Airtel that I didn’t do any promotional calls.. they didnt hear me.. I asked for proof and they didnt provided.. I am not being serviced which I paid to airtel.
No respect for customer in Airtel.
I have sent 26 email stating that I didn’t do any promotional calls. They never listen me.
I was with airtel for 13 years
