I was not able to pay my airtel bill due to lockdown as I told the airtel represtative Shalini Sharma . I told her my area is in containment zone.My credit card got expired . It supposed to come but due to lockdown it did not reached to me. I explained everything to airtel represtative and she told me a promised call back after 2 hrs which never happened.i told her I will arranged a money but removed all my late payment fee as it’s not my fault. Airtel was trying to earn money like this in this kind of situation.Airtel promised call back never happen and they have disconnected my services in this kind of situation.I will be going legally to consumer court and putting this in all social media.for the last 12 years I have paid my bills on time.This how company earning from their customers in this situation.
