My outgoing calls have been stopped in these times of lockdown without any notice or reason given. Not understanding why they actually did that, I went ahead and made a prepaid recharge to last me another year but the calls haven’t started. I’ve made various efforts to call the customer care for this but am unable to make any outgoings even for lodging a complaint
