Please find the outstanding payment paid-bill details. my mobile number: 9962288410
1. Previously i uses this number wit Vodafone then done the network change with airtel.
but now am getting calls and messages from Vodafone outstanding need to close.( so i asked the Bill for those outstanding ) from which date to which date i need to pay, but now i paid my bill amount also the amount rs 212 i paid, even am getting multiple calls from Vodafone to pay the outstanding or else connection will be disconnecting it.(attached the Vodafone bill paid receipt)
2.today i received email as the connection is going to terminate on 10th of may’20.
Message i received:
Alert: Outgoing services on your number 9962288410 have been stopped as you have an outstanding of Rs.211.81 towards your previous mobile operator. Please pay the amount before 10th May 2020 else the number will get permanently disconnected. To pay online, click https://www.billdesk.com/pgidsk/pgmerc/vodafone/VODAFONEDN_details.jsp
now my outgoing calls are disconnected.
3. I went to nearest Vodafone store and verified about my balance and its NILL, i dont have any outstanding ill for my number ( 9962288410). attached screenshot for the same.
4. I had a payment of my balance outstanding amount also for that also i have attached receipt.
so need to resolve my above queries as soon possible.
