My outgoing call has been blocked without notice .
Due to covid I was late in my bill payment for which late fee has been charged.
After talking to the airtel executive and based on their commitment to send revised sms with defecting the penalty . I paid my bill. But the penalty has been carried forward to next month.
Till date many of the executive called up regarding this and I to explained them the issue . They also commited me to send revised sms bill amt defecting the penalty charges . till date I have not received the sms .
Pls clarify on the commitment given by the executive to the customers .
