Hello sir,
I order a Duroflex matress on Flipkart on 27th June 2023 then order confirmed. On 1st July 2023 morning at 8:45 Am reached a msg to me that my order will be delivered at 7:00 PM But I m not getting my parcel then I called flipkart customer care ask that where is my order then he told me that sorry tomorrow your parcel will come. Then next day same issue when I called he/ she said sorry nothing else. I called customer care so many calls about 11 times but not answered me properly flipkart gives dates first 6 July and then 9 July but not know where is my parcel. Flipkart executive did not give proper information about my order. At the end I called him and tell that my order will be cancel but executive says no your order will not be cancel. So I complint about Flipkart that gives me refund.
