Dear sir ,
i was placed an ordered of dell laptop(Rs. 12057/-) on 1st July. and received delivery date was 7 July but on that day product was not delivered after end of the day i raise complaint to customer care. they commit it to deliver on Monday (10th July ) but on this day amazon show that that product is return to seller and customer care executive said that this product i need to place new order and also currently this is out of show after that i again place order for the same product but this time price is approx. rs 2800/- and this happened twice with me. I never received the offered deal product. therefore i request you to help me
