i am placed himalaya oro t mouth wash on 24-04-2022 in amazon the delivery promised date is 3-5-2022 but the order is marked out for delivery early on 30-03-2022.but the delivery boy did not called me and failed to deliver my order.i am called customer care but they said your item will reach you on promised date which is 03-05-2022.but it was not delivered.again i am called amazon customer care on 04-05-2022 and they said your item is mismatched so the order is cancelled and returning to seller.and i am asked that replacement of same order.but they said the item is now unavailable we can’t arrange replacement.they are wasted my 10 days of waiting time and its emergency item who is used for controlling his illness.
