Text of Complaint by Anshika Shrivastava:

On 27th November 2022 i have ordered a packet of muesli worth 312 from swiggy instamart. The order was failed from the company’s side. I asked for the refund they that transaction was successful from my side but swiggy didn’t recieve the money so they can’t refund i have talking to them politely i have shared my concern but they have just refused to initiate the refund
