I am a prime customer of amazon. I was booked Iphone 12(128GB) on 22.09.2022 with exchange offer. The delivery boy came on 27.09.22 and checked my exchange phone[ iphone SE2020]. He is trying to run the valuation method using amazon app but it was not worked so he informed us to contact technical team. i contact technical team at once they said with 2 days it will clear. But on 29.09.2022 they are returned my iphone12 without my knowledge. This is so disgusting to me. simply they are saying place order once again. Now the price was increased more than Rs.10000/-. why should i continue as a prime customer? Very worst team with you.
