I was supposed to claim ₹15000 to my company by purchasing this product within the time frame of 29th of October. My product was supposed to be delivered to within 2days..It was already shipped when I tracked my product at midnight. And next morning when I checked it,order was already cancelled. I have contacted both customer care and seller but both are saying different things to me. Customer care said seller no more have the product so he cancelled the order. But seller denied so and said he can still deliver the product if I will place new order again coz he have the product.. Now I am not sure whom to believe.
- Now I cannot claim ₹15000 with my company. It’s a huge loss for me.
